FOR SALE: I am in the Cavalier and Chevette Club and have some parts that may be of interest to members. They include Cavalier Mk1 windscreens, two pairs of front and rear, for the saloon. I also have a gearbox from a Vauxhall Carlton which had the cam in head engine so may be suitable for a five speed conversion for a Cavalier or Manta. I would like £40 ono for the gearbox. The windscreens, I am willing to give away. I also have the side windows for the Cavalier four door saloon. Any queries, let me know.

Editor’s note.  The Carlton Gearbox would require a Manta 5-speed remote linkage – or careful expert work to shorten the Carlton remote – to make a successful conversion, but the ‘box itself is suitable.  This is a very generous offer on the Cavalier glass, members please note!

  Complete, immaculate red interior trim for Sports Hatch, also glass, etc for the same
