Electric Car                    

This Town Coupe by Electration of Maldon, Essex was shown at the 1976 Earls Court Motorshow.  The car had a dropping nose and recessed headlamps similar to the Chevette.  The car was not a city-car proto-type from Vauxhall though they did contribute the suspension and running gear.  The car had a cogged belt which was used to transmit the drive from a 7.5 hp electric motor.
