The Spy Who Loved Me (James Bond Film 1977). As this Bond film gets repeated on a regular basis I will tell you where you need to look in the film you need to look. But you have got to be quick. It’s the scene when Bond follows Jaws back to his Sherpa van. When bond hides behind a tree you will see the red Chevette on the left. It will then cut to a side shot of Bond and the Chevette is also in the background then. This scene was filmed Pinewood Studio not on location so the cars you see are UK models. Cavaliers on Screen. The Sweeney 2 (1978) This is The Sweeney 2 Movie. The Cavalier features right at the start but is destroyed in an accident. Though according to a check of the registration it was last on the road in 1990. This suggest that two cars were used in filming.

The car is a 1982 Y reg 1300 L in antique gold and has been in her family from new in 1982. Inspector Morse (1987-2000). The best episode to watch is the one called ‘Driven to Distraction’ from 1989. The plot revolves around a Vauxhall Dealer in Oxford. You see plenty of Vauxhall’s all through the episode. There is a new Cavalier MK3 on the forecourt of the Garage, a MK2 Cavalier Calibre which is also for sale. Also Lewis is driving a blue F-Reg MK3 Cavalier. Also featured is a MK1 Astra GTE, a Belmont SRI in the dealer ship, Senator police cars and Nova’s.
